Say "Bravo," and leave a lasting legacy
The Bravo Society is the way Indianapolis Opera says “BRAVO!” to loyal family members who have included Indianapolis Opera in their estate plans. Planned gifts can greatly enhance the programs of Indianapolis Opera and also provide significant tax savings for the donor based upon the size of the gift, the assets provided and the timing of the gift.
Planned gifts deserve special consideration and consultation with financial planning professionals. Indianapolis Opera will assist in providing options for you to consider in determining how your gift can make the most impact on the long-range planning of the organization.
Members of the Bravo Society are acknowledged in the Program Book, with their permission, and receive special benefits reserved for Society members.
Planned gifts may include the following:
- Bequests
- Gifts of retirement assets
- Charitable Gift Annuities and Deferred Gift Annuities
- Charitable Remainder Trusts
- Charitable Lead Trusts
- Retained life estate gifts
- Gifts of appreciated property (e.g., stocks, bonds, real estate, tangible personal property)
- Endowing a designated Fund to support general or specific opera programs
